Vital Health Solutions was set up by Suzie Sawyer, herself a successful nutritionist with a number of private clinics and a Director of Nutrition Lifestyle Ltd. Suzie spent four years training in London and has then divided her time between her clinical practices and the corporate world where she and her colleagues have helped many people back on the road to a healthier life.
Suzie's many years at the sharp end of the business world convinced her of the need to create a healthier workplace and to educate people as to how this can be achieved. Too many workers put up with feeling less than 100% healthy most of the time and many struggle with serious medical issues as well as weight problems but can't find the solutions.
